Commission process

1.After your enquiry, we meet and discuss the piece, or communicate via email to discuss your hopes for the piece.

2.If you are happy to move forward with the piece I will provide a final quote and approximate timeframe and you commit to a 30% non-refundable deposit to cover materials.

3.Following this, I begin your piece.

4.I will keep you updated with a  midway photo and a photo close to finishing for you to provide any feedback or request any changes.

5.Once completed you will get a final image or viewing before the piece is varnished, the balance of the piece is paid and the painting is handed over to you.

6.If you do not love the final product you are welcome to leave the painting in my possession.  Please note the painting may then be sold on and your deposit is non-refundable.

Note: I may use images of your painting on my Instagram account and other materials.
